近日，杭州野生动物世界发生圈养低龄金钱豹逃逸事件频频登上热搜！据悉，出逃的三只金钱豹现已寻回2只，仍有一只未寻回！杭州发布微信公众号消息，5月9日。下午和晚上，省委常委、市委书记周江勇赴富阳区杭州野生动物世界、西湖区转塘街道何家村，就金钱豹外逃处置工作进行督察指导，现场听取工作汇报，查看杭州野生动物世界整改情况。他强调，要认真贯彻落实省委书记袁家军、省长郑栅洁重要批示精神，继续全力搜寻抓捕逃逸金钱豹，做好相关安全防范工作，确保人民生命安全。戚哮虎、金志、朱建明、王宏参加。
杭州野生动物世界发生圈养低龄金钱豹逃逸事件后，省、市主要领导高度重视，作出重要批示。市、区两级成立工作专班入驻现场办公，部署开展应急处置工作。连日来，组织公安、民兵、村（社区）干部群众等4000余人次，对金钱豹出现地周边区域做好巡逻巡防工作。调集特警、护林员、专业救援队、动物园工作人员等270余人次，热成像无人机70余架次，猎犬（搜救犬）37条，对可能出现的区域展开拉网式排查。落实专人把守各个进山入口，及时劝返进山群众和上山游客。截至目前，3只逃逸金钱豹已有2只捕获，现健康状况良好。对剩余1只逃逸金钱豹，正在围绕专家分析判断的区域展开全力搜寻。同时，第一时间责令杭州野生动物世界进行停业整顿、控制主要负责人、侦查分析原因。 周江勇看望了奋战在搜捕第一线的工作人员，向他们的辛苦付出表示慰问和感谢，指出要在保证自身安全的前提下，按照现场指挥部的统一部署和调度，继续加大搜寻力度，克服困难、连续作战、再接再厉，争取圆满完成此次搜捕任务。 周江勇指出，要继续全力以赴开展搜捕工作。根据圈养低龄金钱豹习性，科学评估活动范围，制定完善排查、诱捕方案，组织各方面力量特别是发挥好专家、特警、森警和社会搜救组织等专业力量，形成协同作战模式，充分利用直升机、无人机、红外线探头等技术装备和手段，开展拉网式排查，确保尽早捕获逃逸金钱豹；切实做好安全防范工作，确保搜捕人员和重点区块居民人身安全。
周江勇强调，要切实抓好整改工作，全面彻底排查杭州野生动物世界金钱豹逃逸原因，立即梳理整改安全隐患，严肃依法依规处理相关责任人，坚决防止再次发生类似事件；充分运用数字化技术，实时掌握动物活动状态，提升精细化管理能力；完善园区内部管理机制，强化对在园动物安全管理的“硬约束”。市、区宣传部门要主动正面发声、加强引导，及时准确发布工作进展情况，积极回应市民关切，确保人心稳定、社会安定。（来源：杭州发布微信公众号）
